The Community Development Loan and Grant Review Board receives all requests to the City for loans or grants, including all requests for loans or grants made to any agency, individual, corporation or other entity which has a contract with the City and would result in any expenditure of Community Development Block Grant Funds. The Board reviews all requests and makes a recommendation to the City Manager within thirty days of the request, which recommendation shall be advisory only.

Composition: Five members appointed by the Mayor, with the consent of the City Council, all of which members shall have at least one year of experience in financial and business matters. Chair appointed by the Mayor. Three year terms (CRC 1-14B-1)
